What do Tom Brady and Foundations students have in common?
They both train their brains using the same cognitive exercises!
One of the cognitive training programs that our students use daily in the Foundations program is called BrainHQ. The cognitive exercises in BrainHQ have been developed by experts in brain development, and they focus on areas such as memory, brain speed, attention, intelligence, and more. Doing these brain exercises on a regular basis can not only help eliminate the symptoms of learning challenges, they can help any student or adult perform better in school or at their job, help prevent brain diseases like dementia and Alzheimer’s, and they can even help athletes improve their performance.
Tom Brady has incorporated BrainHQ as a “core part of his training” since 2014, and since then, he has led his football team to multiple Super Bowls. “Tom was the first elite athlete to promote the idea that cognitive conditioning is as important as physical conditioning.” Since Tom Brady first started discussing and promoting cognitive training, many other famous and successful athletes have joined him in pursuing brain development in order to improve their performance, both in their sport, and in their life off the field.
